These Vicmarc Bowl Jaws are Factory Seconds . Factory Seconds usually indicate the Bowl Jaws have some small casting inperfections as seen in photos above as well as scratches, discolouration and  some may have incomplete threads. However, this does not change the performance of the Bowl Jaws they still operate and function the exactly the same as normal VM120/140/150 Bowl Jaws.
