My Vicmarc VL300 was purchased and bought in 2009. It started acting erratically when changing the speed and eventually quit completely. Contacted Vicmarc and described the problem. They suggested that it appeared to be the potentiometer that controlled the speed. I replaced it and all is working now. The Customer Service was great even though we are a long way apart. Thanks for the great help.
