Hollowing Tool Support: V00475
 
The Hollowing Tool Support system is extremely easy and smooth to use due to the sealed bearings located in the support column and in each articulated joint. Unlike other gated tool support systems the only friction comes from the tool in contact with the Toolrest.
 
It will accept tool diameters of 3/4”, 5/8”, 1/2” and 12mm. A laser pen attachment mount is included for checking wall thickness/depth (laser pen not included). Two Toolrest Collars are also included. 
 
It has a Camlock base to fit the standard Vicmarc bed gap to ensure fast and accurate set up and ease of manoeuvrability. It can also fit other brand lathes with a bed gap of 44mm and over however a modified Clamping Plate would be require. All adjustments for height and reach are made using black adjustable levers. 
 
The unit comes with three tool holder reduction bushes, 5/8", 1/2" and 12mm Dia and two Toolrest Collars, 1" and 30mm Dia. It also has a holder for a laser pointer as seen above to aid in use for sizing. The laser poiner and cutting tools are not provided with the unit.
