As the tool follows the exact radius of these parts, this makes undoing stuborn parts such as Chuck Inserts and Spindle Adaptors super easy and safe with no damage to the parts. This tool is also excellent for removing and reassembling the Lathes Rear Spindle Insert/Adapotor,  To do so you will need to undo a set screw and hook the C-Spanner Pin behind the screw where the Tommy Bar usually would go.
