The quill on my Vicmarc lathe needed replacing. Could not find available in USA. One supplier said they could order, would take 4 months to get it. I tried calling Vicmarc but my phone wasn't set up for overseas call. I email them hoping they might respond. I received an email right away, telling me it was in stock and they would ship to me. I placed the order and was given a tracking #. I received it in 8 days and it was half the price of the quoted price in US including shipping!!!!!!!!!!!!

Replacement for quill assembly
My quill assembly went up, and I ordered a new one from VIcmarc. They were great people to deal with. I wasn't sure if the one I was going to order was going to fit my L200, 26 year old lathe, and I emailed them. They responded right away, and they asked me to take a picture of my tail stock and send it to them. Again, they responded right away and said it would fit. I ordered the quill assembly, and they shipped it out and it was in Los Angles in 3 days. It works like brand new.
